What the regulator asks for

Start here

Six practices, one lifecycle: advise, assess, comply, protect, monitor, respond. Most engagements begin with an assessment and stay for the monitoring.

All services

Prime can sign the audit report your regulator will accept.

Arrived with a deadline rather than a question? Every page above states the scope, the evidence produced and the typical duration.

All requirements

Data-intensive

Each industry page names the specific obligations that apply — SEBI CSCRF for market infrastructure, CEA guidelines for utilities, DPDP for everyone holding personal data.

All industries

Six reasons, and none of them is “passion for security”.

Sixteen years of specialist experience, named practitioners, a 24×7 SOC, technology partnerships, and the strength of the INT ecosystem.

Sixteen years, one subject

Established July 2010 and specialist since. Prime did not pivot into security from general IT services, which is the more common origin story in this market and shows up in the depth of the second conversation rather than the first.

The work has been done for state utilities, banks, ministries, PSUs and manufacturers — sectors where the consequence of being wrong is measured in outage hours or regulatory findings rather than in embarrassment.

Named practitioners

You meet the person who writes your report. Prime is deliberately not structured as a resourcing pool that assigns whoever is free; the practice leads carry a decade or more each and stay on the engagement.

That is also why the assessment and the remediation are not handed between teams — the people who wrote the finding are the ones who close it.

An operations floor that does not close

A 24×7 managed SOC and NOC, staffed continuously rather than on call. Detection is only useful if somebody acts on it, so escalation paths are agreed in advance and analysts are named.

Monthly reporting is written for a board rather than exported from a console. If the report needs translating before it can be presented, it has not been finished.

Technology partnerships

Working relationships with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, IBM Security, Sophos, Red Hat, Dell, HP, FireEye, Seceon and others.

These matter for supportability rather than for logos: when a control has to be implemented rather than merely recommended, the vendor relationship is what shortens the path.

Part of the Indus Net Technologies ( INT.) ecosystem

Prime is part of Indus Net Technologies, which brings engineering, product and digital delivery capability alongside the security practice.

For clients that means a finding involving an application can be closed rather than only reported, without introducing a third party into the engagement.

Let’s build a stronger, more resilient security posture.

Spend 30 minutes with a cybersecurity practitioner who understands the work, not just the sales pitch. Get clarity on what you actually need, where the gaps are, and what to do next—before time and budget are committed.
